5 days, 17 hours, 22 minutes, 22.35 mph avg covering 3,000 miles
We did it! 2017 Race Across America (RAAM) team champions! On the race course, the team engaged in a vicious melee with a team of great competitors who were gracious as they were tenacious. The team was humbled by the grit that was Team True Patriot Love @teamtruepatriotlove (2nd place team from Canada). We only won by a 30 minute margin, and for a 3,000 mile race…that’s considered neck and neck.
No greater bond of fellowship can be forged except in the heat of competition. The highest respect to the brethren who lifted them up to witness the limitless possibilities of dedication and sacrifice.
This year’s race was truly something to track…I was so pumped watching these guys leave it all out on the road. I’m now eyeing another go at RAAM, 2nd place in 2015 doesn’t cut it (but of course…I have to get the blessing from the family).

In other news…

The team members share a passion for cycling and a desire for the camaraderie that the team provides. Wolf Pack’s riders are experienced, accomplished cyclists who participate in a variety of disciplines including, road, criterium, mountain, and track cycling. The team is proud of its dedication to cycling and grateful to the sponsors that have chosen to partner with us.

Lastly, i’m working on another short vlog…hopefully i get to post that soon. It’s about living that dad life and spending quality time with Huddy!
