So we really matched on our first trip…all three of us wore red haha. It wasn’t on purpose…when we got all dressed up I couldn’t stop cracking up. I tried to change into something else, but Cathy insisted we stay matched up. O well, at least you could spot our family through the busy airport.
We were super excited for our very first family trip (excluding our staycation in Pasadena in Feb)…but we were also very nervous for our first plane ride with a baby. I don’t know about you guys, but I seem to stress over how other people would react to a baby crying the entire flight. I don’t know why, but I really shouldn’t pay attention or care about other people’s feelings on the plane…they were all babies once too and they should understand. I was just hoping no one would say anything to piss me off, but in all honesty…I wouldn’t have done anything anways…i’m to nice. Cathy on the other hand….beware.
Besides the whole being anxious to get on a flight with a baby, we were traveling to San Jose, CA to attend our really good friends wedding…Jen + Vinny. We couldn’t have been more happy for this couple. We’ve been friends with them since college and we’ve had our fair share of partying and hanging out in our old hood up in Irvine.
So I actually didn’t take many pictures this trip, but it was on purpose. I decided to attempt to make my very first vlog video documenting Huddy’s first plane trip. Honestly, it is really hard to carry a camera all the time and more importantly talk normal to the camera while walking through public places. I didn’t think I would be, but I was camera shy. So we’ll see how it all turns out. If I don’t post it, that means it didn’t turn out the way I wanted. But, I do have to start somewhere so hopefully I get better at it.
I don’t want to divulge to much information about the trip…mainly…since I’m hoping my vlog will take care of that. So for now I leave you with the little amount of pics from the weekend.
