The days are going by so fast now that Hudson is here…I can’t believe it’s already February. The week was pretty uneventful, but to sum it up…there was a little bit of this and little bit of that.
Unfortunately, I didn’t do a great job on getting pics of my first attempt on grilling tri-tip, but according to the Domingos, I did a great job. You’ll have to just imagine a picture of a juicy, tender, melt in your mouth kind of a tri-tip.
Work news. I lost a bet a long time ago. I mean like a LONG TIME AGO. March Madness 2016 to be exact. My group nearly forgot that I got last place in the tournament and was only reminded about it because March Madness 2017 is coming up. With that said, I had to wear this silly Joe Dirt outfit the entire day =/
On Huddy news, this boy is getting big fast. He’s not even 2 months yet, but he’s wearing baby clothes for 3-6 months old. He’s definitely more alert these days. He’s showing a lot more emotions now and can see faces. I know he can see faces because he’s always smiling when looking at his momma.
He was super excited for Saturday to come because he got to spend the whole day with Papa and Nana.
He even got to Facetime his cousin Jett
The weekend all wrapped up with me finally getting out on the road for a 40 mile ride! I haven’t done that in months. It was cold and lonely, but fun nonetheless.
Cathy also tried her new Instapot that my mom got us for Christmas. First meal was a success…Beef and Broccoli.
